Circa 1875 to 1894 vintage with red fragrant orchid mark inside the top of box.
Condition excellent. There is a tiny and a moderate chip inside the lip of bottom box. Otherwise, it is a spectacular piece with no other flaws to mention.
Bottom of box shows her feet. In between is the pubic hair which the artist at his discretion left without paint, noticeable with jewelers magnification loope only.
She is 1 7/8" (4.7 cm) tall, 2 1/8" (5.3 cm) wide and 2" (5 cm) deep.
